Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReadySetSeen (the "Service"), operated by Dolan Enterprises LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

ReadySetSeen helps people plan, script, record, and turn videos into finished video and written content. You may also provide or import photos, clips, listing information, and brand materials for supported workflows.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and protect the sign-in methods you use. You are responsible for activity under your account. One free trial per person; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free services is prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Plans and billing

Available plans, included usage, and any charges are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime via the billing portal and keep access for the period already paid. Your first payment includes a 14-day money-back guarantee, separate from the five-day trial. Email dolanenterprisesllc@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment to request a refund of that payment. Failed renders are generally re-credited automatically.

4. Your content and licenses

You retain ownership of the photos, recordings, scripts, and brand assets you upload, and of the finished videos and ad content the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload — including listing photos and any MLS-sourced material — and for complying with MLS rules, brokerage policies, and co-marketing regulations that apply to your business.

5. Voice and likeness (important)

If you use voice cloning or upload recordings or photos of yourself, you consent to the Service processing that material to generate synthetic audio and video of you. You may only clone the voice or use the likeness of a person who has given you their consent. Do not use the Service to impersonate anyone or to create misleading depictions of real people without their permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent properties or terms in marketing materials; violate fair housing, RESPA, Reg Z / TILA, or other advertising regulations that apply to your profession; upload malicious code; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service or its per-use AI features; or resell the Service without our written agreement. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content — including compliance disclosures — before publishing it.

7. AI-generated content

Generated scripts, videos, and ad copy are produced by AI and may contain errors. They are drafts for your review, not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Verify facts (prices, rates, property details, disclosures) before publishing.

8. Availability and third-party services

The Service depends on third-party AI and rendering providers. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and failed renders are generally re-credited automatically. Finished video renders have a Library retention window shown in the app. Other stored files have different retention periods or may remain until you remove them or request deletion. Download what you want to keep.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse free features, or create risk for the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for regulatory consequences of content you choose to publish.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
